What is needed to reserve a venue space?

Once the contract is signed, we require 50% of the total rental fee to hold your venue space and date.

Does my event have to adhere to the Clear bag policy?

Although recommended, private events do not have to adhere to the Clear Bag Policy.

Is smoking allowed anywhere in the venue?

Fluor Field is a non-smoking venue. Cigarettes, cigars, and vape pens are not allowed anywhere inside the ballpark. Guests may smoke outside on the public sidewalk.

What address should I give to my guests?

The physical location of Fluor Field is 945 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601.

Do you require security or emergency medical services?

For certain events, we may require the presence of EMS or Greenville City/County police. These are typically limited to large, public or community events.

Where can my guests park?

Parking is available at various locations surrounding the stadium. Please see Parking Map Here.

Do we need an appointment to tour the facility?

We welcome you to tour our venue spaces by making an appointment with one of our West End Events staff members. Please contact us!
